Finding Lunamon

You can’t solve a quest you haven’t started. Here’s how to get the ball rolling.

Quest Prerequisites

This quest won’t just pop up at the start of the game. You need to hit a couple of milestones first. Make sure you’ve fully completed these two quests:

  1. “On the Shores of Another World” (Main Quest)
  2. “I Want to Go Someplace Legendary” (Side Quest)

If you can’t find Lunamon, double check that you’ve finished both of these. The game won’t spawn her until you have.

The Starting Line

Once you’ve met the requirements, head to Central Town. You’ll find Lunamon hanging out right next to Blimpmon. You can’t miss them. Just chat her up, and she’ll officially give you the “Impatience and Determination” quest, asking you to find a heater for her big, blimpy friend.

This is where the magic happens. Follow these steps, and this quest will be a piece of cake.

The Infamous House With a Heater

Okay, this is the part that trips everyone up. The game is a little vague, and most players (probably you, too) are running around on the ground floor looking for this house. Stop. The answer isn’t on the ground; it’s up high.

The Infamous House With a Heater

From where you spoke to Lunamon, look north and you’ll see a ladder. Climb it. Right after that, you’ll see a second ladder. Climb that one, too.

You’ll now be on a raised platform. See that blue house with the green door? That’s your target. Go inside and talk to Betamon. He’ll tell you his heater has been stolen. Of course, it has.

Locating the Goblimon Thieves

Now that you have a lead, it’s time to track down the culprits. Head east from Central Town into the Downtown area.

You’ll see a bunch of Goblimon wandering around. Don’t just start a brawl with every group you see they have families too, probably. And they don’t have the heater. You are looking for a very specific trio of Goblimon standing together.

Walk up to that group of three, start the fight, and wipe the floor with them. Once they’re defeated, you’ll get the heater back.

Rewards and Final Steps For Impatience and Determination

With the heater secured, you’re on the home stretch. Head back to Central Town where you first found Lunamon.

This time, ignore Lunamon and interact directly with Blimpmon. A short cutscene will play where you install the heater. Once it’s over, the quest is officially complete, and your rewards will pop up. Mission accomplished!

What Do You Get for Your Trouble?

The rewards for this quest are actually pretty solid. The 4,000 Yen is nice, but the real prizes are the other items. Those 55 Anomaly Points are crucial for raising your Agent Rank, and the Courage Point I items are used in the DigiFarm to permanently boost your Digimon’s stats. If you want to learn exactly how these systems work together to create powerful Digimon, our Digimon Story Time Stranger Best Builds Guide breaks it all down in detail. Not bad for a quick heate finding adventure!
