| Immortal Man | Takes up residence in the Office. | |
| Pale Man (The Intruder) | Special visitor on the nights 3, 5 and 9. “Are you alone?” He asks. If you say you are, truth or lie, he will kill you instantly. How to Know A Visitor in No, I’m Not a Human
As you progress through the game, you’ll learn the different symptoms that Visitors may have. You’ll learn more if you test guests or yourself. Each day you wake up, you can watch the news to learn about the latest discovered symptoms and how to spot them in Visitors.
Although the Protagonist cannot test for certain symptoms until he ‘learns’ them in-game, I recommend you memorize them in advance to identify Visitors quickly.

For example, you’ll learn about skin irritation much later in the game, but if you know it in advance, you can examine the hands of your guests and make a more confident diagnosis.
If you want to know everything about this game, read our No, I’m not a human Walkthrough.
Known Visitor Symptoms
You should check various body parts before making a decision. Here are all of the known symptoms that may appear in visitors:
- Teeth: Perfect white teeth with bloody gums
- Eyes: Fidgeting retinas and red, bloodshot eyes
- Armpits: Hairless and fungus over the armpits
- Hands: Dirty and grimy fingernails, skin irritation
- Ears: Insects in the ears
- Photo: Dark aura visible in photos
Note: Keep in mind that just because some appear to have some symptoms, they are not necessarily Visitors! For example, the Widowed Woman has bloodshot eyes from constantly crying and the Grave Digger has dirty fingernails because he digs graves… obviously! However, both of them are healthy Humans.
On the other hand, a visitor may appear perfectly healthy with normal eyes and hairy armpits, but when inspecting closer, you find a rash somewhere on their body. So always check several symptoms before making a firm decision to send someone away or kill them.

Well this is already wrong because the twin sisters were visitors in a gameplay I watched.
It’s randomized, they are not confirmed human or visitor every time.
Twin sisters are not always human. They both were visitors in my play through.
In the full release the twin sisters were visitors. So they are not confirmed human every time.
Ive had the cashier girl and amogus guy not be visitors? (When I eliminated them, there was no confirmation animation as there usually is). Is this a glitch?
It might be, because as long as I searched and experienced, they appeared as visitors. But there also might be some exceptions like what happened for you in the game.
