Dispatch Invisigal Guide

When you first jump into the Dispatch game, Invisigal is probably the last character you’d expect to like. She’s abrasive, rude, and seems to hate everyone, especially you. But with the release of Episodes 5 and 6, she has quickly become a massive fan favorite, revealing one of the most complex and rewarding character arcs in the game. If you’re looking to romance her or just understand her story, you’ve come to the right place.

Invisigal Quick Guide (Updated for Episode 8)

  • Power: Invisibility, but it only works while she holds her breath (and she’s asthmatic).

  • Who is her VA? She is voiced by the legendary Laura Bailey.

Who is Dispatch Invisigal?

Invisigal is a core member of the Z-Team. Her past crimes include assault, larceny, and robbery. She’s defined by her snarky, confident, and sassy personality, never afraid to speak her mind or make a raunchy joke, often at your expense.

Her core conflict, which defines her arc, is that she genuinely believes she has villain powers. She thinks heroes like Blonde Blazer were born to be good, while her power (being unseen) predestines her for a life of crime. Her journey is about proving to herself that she can be a hero, and your choices as Robert play a huge part in that.

Dispatch Invisigal Romance Guide

How to romance invisigal is a slow burn that goes from total hostility to one of the game’s most genuine connections. It’s an enemies to lovers story, and it’s fantastic.

Starting the Romance (Episodes 1-3)

In your first interactions, Invisigal will be disrespectful. The key is to not be a doormat, but also not be overly aggressive. Stand your ground.

The first major turning point is the Granny’s Donuts mission. When she starts making her crude donut jokes, play along! Agreeing with her (“Yep, you got me…”) completely throws her off and is the first moment she starts to see you as more than just a boss. From here on, show her respect and trust her instincts.

Dispatch Invisigal Scene(Episode 4)

This is the scene everyone talks about. After the team’s disastrous first shift, Invisigal finds Robert alone. In a moment of pure vulnerability, she confesses, “I had a dream last night that we were…” This is a massive step, showing she’s been thinking about Robert romantically. How you respond here is critical to locking in her romance path.

The Movie Date (Episode 4)

The romance path solidifies at the end of Episode 4, when you are forced to choose between dinner with Blazer or helping Invisigal. To romance Invisigal, you must choose: [MOVIE WITH INVISIGAL].

This leads to a surprisingly sweet moment where Robert buys $86 worth of snacks. She shyly asks, “Do you like Sour Patch Kids?” When Robert says he loves them, it confirms a small detail she remembered and solidifies their connection.

Dispatch Invisigal Movie Date

The Bar Conversation (Episode 5)

This is the most critical choice to continue the romance. In Episode 5, you’ll meet the team at a bar. If you went to the movies with her, Invisigal will pull you aside and ask about the date. To lock in the romance, you must choose the dialogue option: “I had a good time.” Choosing any other option (like “We can just be friends”) will end the romance path permanently.

The Party and The Dance (Episode 6)

If you successfully locked in the romance in Episode 5, you get the payoff in Episode 6. During the party at Robert’s apartment, you will trigger a special, intimate dance scene with Invisigal. This is the peak of the romantic arc, confirming your relationship just before the story’s dramatic finale.

The Confession (Episode 7)

This episode is the biggest test for your romance. The team is very angry at Invisigal after her mission. She will meet you alone and tell you her big secret:

  • She worked for Shroud.
  • She placed the bomb that destroyed your Mecha Man suit.
  • She did this to pay for augments for her bad asthma.

This is the most important romance choice. To stay with her, you must choose: [I forgive you].

After you forgive her, choose the action: [LEAN IN]. This shows you still care about her and locks in the romance.

Redemption and Finale (Episode 8)

In the final episode, the power goes out. You will find Royd attacking Invisigal, calling her a traitor. She asks you to trust her. To continue the romance, you must choose: [Untie Her]. She will then stay and help you fight the bad guys.

In the last fight with Shroud, Invisigal saves your life. She jumps in front of a bullet to protect you. This is her final step to becoming a true hero.

If you romanced her, the game ends with a special scene. You talk to her (Courtney) while she is on a stretcher. You can say, [You did it.]. You will have a final romantic moment and kiss, and Blonde Blazer will see it.

Dispatch Invisigal Choices

Your Dispatch Invisigal choices are critical. She’s a character who remembers when you trust her and especially when you don’t.

The Granny’s Donuts Mission (Episode 2)

In Episodes 1-2, she will eventually disobey a direct order to save Granny, which trashes the place but saves the client. Backing her up after the fact builds a huge amount of trust.

The Help Invisigal Hacking Choice (Episode 3)

During the big fight with Lightningstruck, Invisigal gets into a tough spot and needs Robert to hack a camera system to help her. This triggers a difficult hacking minigame where an anti virus is chasing you. If you successfully complete the “Help Invisigal” choice, she is audibly shocked and grateful. It’s a small choice that has a big impact on her respect for your skills.

The Astral Pulse Mission (Episode 6)

This is the climax of Invisigal’s entire story. In Episode 6, she learns the location of the Astral Pulse. Believing she’s the only one who can get it, she goes rogue and attempts the mission alone.

This triggers a series of new, more difficult hacking mini games where you must guide her through the facility. Your success here is critical. This mission is the final test of her character arc, forcing her to choose between her lone wolf instincts and trusting Robert to help her succeed. The episode’s dramatic ending hinges entirely on this mission.

The Team Meeting (Episode 7)

After Invisigal’s reckless mission, the team wants to cut her. You must choose to [DEFEND HER] or [CUT HER].

  • Recommendation: Choose [DEFEND HER]. This builds more character growth and shows the team about loyalty.

The Lab (Episode 8)

When Royd attacks Invisigal, she asks for your help. You must choose [Untie Her] or [Go It Alone].

  • Recommendation: You must choose [Untie Her]. This shows you trust her. She will help you, and it is needed for the romance ending. If you choose [Go It Alone], she will leave.
