Quarantine Zone the Last Check All Symptoms

Quarantine Zone: The Last Check has players take on the role of checking survivors for signs of a deadly disease that turns people into zombies. If you miss any symptoms, the infected could blend in with the healthy ones. This leads to chaos when they eventually transform into zombies.

This Quarantine Zone the Last Check All Symptoms guide will help you to identify the signs of disease and keep the community safe from infected zombies.

How to Identify Quarantine Zone the Last Check All Symptoms

At the beginning of the game, players only have a flashlight to help them spot symptoms. You can view all the possible symptoms by pressing C or the down button on the D-Pad.

Each symptom is marked by one of three boxes. When you find one, click the right box and keep checking because survivors might show more than one symptom.

Green is sick!

The color green shows the person is sick but not infected. A survivor with only sickness symptoms can be sent to the Survivors area.

Orange is Infected or Sick!

If you see orange symptoms, it might just be a regular illness. But it could also be an infection. To be safe, move those survivors to Quarantine and check on them tomorrow.

Red is Infected!

Red symptoms mean the survivor is infected. Send them straight to Liquidation to be eliminated.

Distribution System

Once you have checked for Quarantine Zone the Last Check all symptoms, open the Distribution Menu by pressing TAB or the Back Button. You will see the symptoms you found listed on the left side. Use that info to decide where to send them: the Survivors Block, Quarantine or Liquidation.

Recheck the Quarantined People Each Day

When you wake up, start your day by checking on the survivors in Quarantine. If their symptoms are gone, they are healthy and can go to the Survivors Block. Just walk up to them and press E, X, or Square. They will step out of the glass booth so you can inspect them one last time and reassign them.

Tools For Inspecting Infections

You will unlock new inspection tools as you play through the days, usually in response to new symptoms appearing. Do not forget you can use Research Points (RP) to upgrade these tools.

Thermopulsometer

You unlock this tool on the second day to check for high fevers and heart rates. Make sure to wait a few seconds for the final reading. If the temperature is over 41°C or the pulse is over 180 bpm, they are infected.

Slightly lower numbers could also mean sickness or infection so check the menu for the specific ranges. The color upgrade is a huge help because it highlights the results. It means that you will not have to memorize the specific numbers.

Reflex Hammer

Hit the survivor’s arms or legs to check reflexes. But avoid the head and body so you do not cause injury. A slow reaction suggests they might be infected. If they do not react, they are simply sick. If they attack you, infection is possible. However, if the opposite limb responds, they have the virus for sure.

Scanner

Since bite marks can be hidden under clothes, you should use the Scanner constantly. This tool unlocks after the first evacuation. Make sure to scan the whole body from every angle. Do not forget to check under their shoes, as there could be hidden bite marks on the feet.

Stethoscope

If a survivor seems to be struggling to breathe, use the Stethoscope. If their lungs look clear yellow, they are healthy.

However, if you see a black spot, hover over it and check the waves. High waves mean they are sick. Listen to the noise and try to match it with the symptom sounds you know. You will need to use the lab to discover new sounds, including one that sounds like a lion growling.
