Where Winds Meet Next Update – All New Content

Upcoming New Areas – Hexi, Bolangsha, and Yumen Pass
The world is getting much bigger. One future update will add Bolangsha. This is a new area in the northwest of Kaifeng. A different major update will introduce Yumen Pass. This location is a gateway. It leads to the new major region called Hexi. Later, an Update 2.0 is also planned to add the Nameless Mountains.
New Story Chapters Coming Soon
The main story is also growing. Two new chapters are coming soon, possibly in the January 2026 update. The first is The Crucible of Righteousness. This is the final story chapter for the Kaifeng region. The second is The Moon Shines on Yumen Pass. This chapter starts your new journey in the Hexi region.
New Bosses to Fight
New areas mean new bosses to fight. The developers have confirmed three new bosses. You will get to fight the Nameless General. You will also face the Drunken Fist. The third new boss is the Coffin Owner. The first two bosses will likely be in the new Bolangsha area. The Coffin Owner will be in Qinghe.
What New Martial Arts Are Being Added?
Three new Martial Arts skills are planned. The Bone Shrinking Skill sounds interesting. It will let you shrink down to sneak into small passages. Dragon Soars Through the Nine Heavens is a new spear skill. It unleashes an energy attack shaped like a dragon. The third skill is Thunderclap at the Start of Insects. This is a sword skill that covers your blade in lightning. These could really change up the best weapon builds.
New Events and Cosmetics
