1. Check Shield Rarity

The antenna-like rods on a your back show the shield’s strength. One rod for uncommon, two for rare, three for epic. Think twice before taking on an epic shield player unless you’ve got the weapons to get the job done.

2. Scope Out Enemy Gear

You can see what weapons and shields your enemies are carrying. Use this info to decide whether to engage up close or keep your distance.
