Once you defeat Solus Wing, you will obtain the Encrypted Cerebellum. This item can be combined with several possible items to craft a key component needed to enter the Hidden Realm: Neural Sanctum, where the fight against Solus Heart takes place.

After obtaining the Encrypted Cerebellum, you will need it to create an Exposed Cerebellum. Enter Solus Wing’s eye to access the Computational Exchange. Then go through a glitchy, translucent wall to find Chef, who can craft different items based on the ingredients you bring.

To obtain an Exposed Cerebellum, combine the Encrypted Cerebellum with any of the following items:
- Empathy Cores
- Encrusted Key
- Orphaned Core
- Rusted Key
- Prison Matrix
- Sentry Key
Give the required items to Chef, and he will provide the Exposed Cerebellum. Then offer it to the large Solus unit at the location. Doing so will summon an Encrypted Teleporter next to the Solus unit which grant access to the Neural Sanctum.
