We should note that Unlocking new skins is not a simple process. Here is how to obtain ROR 2 Alloyed Collective skins and their appearances.
To unlock the ROR2 Alloyed Collective new skins for the base survivors, you must reach and defeat the true final boss Solus Heart by using the survivor whose skin you want. After beating him, you will unlock the skin by either accepting his offering or rejecting it by shooting it. Keep in mind that your choice depends on the survivor you are playing.

As we know, ROR 2 Alloyed Collective introduce two new survivors named Drifter and Operator. For both Operator and Drifter, you will unlock their mastery skins by finishing the game or choosing to obliterate on Monsoon difficulty.
Unfortunately, Railgunner, Void Fiend, Seeker, False Son and Chef don’t get any new skins in the Alloyed Collective expansion.
